丹城華人福音教會，教堂坐落在科羅拉多州的首府--丹佛大都會，是本地第一所的華人基督教會。本教會是福音派獨立教會，中文堂的牧養導向是以塑造能代代相傳的門徒為使命，经过精心设计的塑造门徒策略，能帮助那些愿意认识神的追求者，活出思耶稣所思，行耶稣所行的生命力。

Chinese Evangelical Church of Denver is located in the metropolitan area of Denver, the capital of Colorado. It is the first Chinese Christian church established in the area. As an independent evangelical church, the Chinese congregation is committed to a discipleship-centered ministry, with a mission to cultivate disciples who can pass on their faith from generation to generation. Through a thoughtfully designed discipleship strategy, the church helps spiritual seekers who desire to know God to live out the mindset and actions of Jesus.
Worshipers come from diverse backgrounds, including Hong Kong, Taiwan, Mainland China, Southeast Asia, and second-generation Chinese immigrants. We warmly welcome you to join our worship and fellowship. This is a loving home where you can grow to be more like Jesus, receive abundant grace, and experience the promised land of God.

我們的教會最早期是由查經班開始，借用在湖木（Lakewood）的美國丹城第一宣道會(First Alliance Church of Denver, 現名 Lakewood Christian Fellowship) 二樓團契廳，在1977年8月20日晚上，舉行第一次籌備禱告會。並在同年9月18日由詹正義牧師主持第一次主日崇拜，定名為“丹佛市華人福音團契”（The Chinese Christian Fellowship)。
1980年4月23日教會向州政府註冊成功, 命名為丹城華人福音教會。教會正式走上註冊有案，有組織的屬靈團體, 成為科羅拉多州第一間華人教會。 1997年憑著信心，我們小小的教會成立了英文堂，現任英文堂牧者為Pastor Vince Burke。
2017年11月張慕潔傳道（Pastor Barnabas Zhang）加入我們教會服侍，成為我們中文堂的牧者。2019年7月14日張慕潔傳道在本教會按立為牧師。直至2022年八月，張牧師因家事離任返回新加坡。
The origins of our church trace back to a Bible study group. On the evening of August 20, 1977, the first preparatory prayer meeting was held in the second-floor fellowship hall of the First Alliance Church of Denver (now known as Lakewood Christian Fellowship) in Lakewood, Colorado.
On September 18 of the same year, the first Sunday worship service was held under the leadership of Rev. James Cheng (詹正義牧師). The fellowship was officially named The Chinese Christian Fellowship.
On April 23, 1980, the church was successfully registered with the State of Colorado under the name Chinese Gospel Church of Denver. With this step, the fellowship formally became an organized spiritual body and was recognized as the first Chinese church in the state of Colorado.
In 1997, stepping out in faith, our then-small congregation established an English congregation. The current pastor overseeing the English congregation is Rev. Vince Burke.
In November 2017, Rev. Barnabas Zhang (張慕潔傳道) joined the church to serve as pastor of the Chinese congregation. He was ordained at our church on July 14, 2019, and continued to serve faithfully until August 2022, when he returned to Singapore due to family reasons.

我們是一群被神愛，被神祝福的人，不管別人和世界怎麼看我都不重要，聖經告訴我們：神因為愛我們，把祂獨生兒子都為我們死第三天復活，稱我們為兒女，神必照祂榮耀的豐富，在基督耶穌裏，使我們一切所需用的都充足，并满溢出豐富的恩典。
因此我們教會的使命是：
以愛神愛人的心，思主所思，行主所行。
來塑造效法耶穌，能忠心培養門徒的門徒。
成為彰顯榮耀永生神的教會，使萬國得平安。
所以我們要立志像起初耶穌基督的使徒們那樣，專注在耶穌基督的話語、耶穌基督的使命、耶穌基督的方法、耶穌基督的榜樣上，借著：默想遵行聖經的話語代代相傳的小組生活愛神愛人的事工服侍来操練我们成為：一群思耶稣基督所思,行耶稣基督所行的忠实门徒。
We are people who are loved and blessed by God. It doesn’t matter how others or the world see us—what matters is what the Bible says: Because God loves us, He gave His only Son to die for us and rise again on the third day. He calls us His children. God promises to provide everything we need through Christ Jesus and to bless us with His abundant grace.
Our church’s mission is: To love God and love people, to think like Jesus and live like Jesus, to become disciples who follow Jesus closely, and who can help others become faithful disciples as well.
so that our church reflects the glory of the living God and brings peace to the nations.
We want to follow the example of Jesus’ first apostles—focusing on His Word, His mission, His ways, and His life.
By reading and living out the Bible, growing together in small groups, and serving others through love, we are learning to become faithful disciples who think and act like Jesus.

Vince Burke
英文堂牧師
Vince Burke was born in Chicago, Ilinois, In the U.S.A. Lori and her family were originally from Chicago but served in various places in the U.S. and as missionaries in the Philippines. Vince was educated at Moody Bible Institute, The University of Wisconsin-Madison, and
Dallas Theological Seminary. Vince married Lori in 1980 and began pouring their lives young people, serving in full-time ministry roles for more than 30 years in the U.S. and in the Philippines. They have ministered with Christ Commission Fellowship (CCF), throughout the Philippines beginning in 1994. “We love the Philippines and theFilipino with all of our hearts,” say Vince and Lori.
Vince has beenblessed to speak to the fine folks at CCF churches around the country
and continues to do so whenever he gets to the Philippines. He has written three children’s books, The ABC’s of Jesus Birth, The ABC’s of
Jesus Resurrection and The ABC’s of Heaven, published by OMF Publishers Philippines. Vince has also written a book published by
OMF entitled; Never, which comes from life experiences, seeing God provide power through His word and Spirit. OMF is publishing two more books by Vince which come out in September 2025. Vince and
Lori have four children, all have grown up in the Philippines. They are proud and grateful to be called “Grandma and Grandma,” by their
beloved grandson, Anthony and granddaughter Paola. Vince is privileged and honored to be a part of the Chinese Evangelical Church of the Philippines. We love the folks at this great church.

中文堂牧師
袁牧师早年在中国从事牙科工作，后来蒙主带领赴美研读神学，并完成道学硕士学位，并投入全职教会事奉。在不同城市的牧养经历中，深切体会到神在教会中的作为与恩典。
袁牧师的牧会理念是：“向下扎根，向上结果；成全圣徒，各尽其职。” 牧师盼望与弟兄姊妹一同在真道上扎根，在生命中结出果子，使教会成为荣耀基督、见证福音的群体。
